26. Emcee for Singapore Kindness Movement Transport Gold Awards - Melvin Ho

The National Kindness Award: Transport Gold program is a collaboration between the Singapore Kindness Movement, the Land Transport Authority, and all public transportation operators and associations to honour kindness. It is heartwarming to recognize and appreciate those in the public transportation sector who display gracious behaviour and exceptional service in their line of work.

The Award recipients, especially the 27 Outstanding Award winners, deserve our admiration and gratitude for going above and beyond in their roles. Their acts of kindness have made a significant difference and continue to inspire their colleagues.

During the ceremony, we were privileged to have Mr S Iswaran, Minister for Transport and Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations, as our Guest of Honour. Singapore Kindness Movement General Secretary Dr William Wan also highlighted the winners' commitment and how they have contributed to Singapore's world-class transport system.

As the award ceremony emcee, I felt honoured to be part of this lovely celebration of kindness. I hope these award recipients' stories will encourage more people to embrace and embody the values of kindness in their everyday lives.
